If you've spent some time browsing our website, you have probably noticed the little conversation bubble in the lower right corner:

Clicking the bubble will open the messenger widget where you can start a conversation or browse help articles. This is a convenient option if you have a quick question for us while shopping.

Every product on our website should have an "Ask a Question" dropdown under the description section:

This is a good option when you have a question about a specific product because it will send us a link to the product you are viewing along with your question. You will receive replies at the email address you provide. If you are logged into your account, your name and email should be automatically filled in to simplify the process!

And, of course, you can always email us via our main contact form, which includes an option to upload an image with your message if needed.
