What if my Order is Lost in the Mail?

Shipped Within the United States

Our shipping policy for orders within the US is to either replace or refund an order (per customer preference) if it has yet to be delivered within 15 business days of the ship date. Note that the option to replace is subject to stock availability, so in limited cases, we may only be able to offer a refund. Please let us know if you believe your order may be lost in the mail.


Why 15 business days?

We have found that if an order is not delivered by USPS within this time frame, it is likely permanently lost. Many other orders may have temporary delays that extend the transit time, but they typically get sorted out within the waiting period. Waiting the 15 business days helps to keep our business financially feasible, while still giving you the reassurance that we have you covered if your order is truly lost.


Shipped to Canada

Because standard transit time to Canada is longer than for orders shipped within the US, the waiting period is 20 business days instead of 15. Aside from this difference, the shipping policy for Canada is the same as described above for the US.
